We regularly go to Priory Farm to meet friends and family. It has a farm shop, garden centre, play are within the garden centre if you would like a coffee or breakfast whilst the kids play and a large wooden pirate ship in picnic area. Seasonally themed nature walk that costs £2.50 a person and includes a quiz for the kids. Walk takes between 1-2 hours and includes structures for the kids to climb on and play with, a large sunflower maze and plenty of space to run wild! Towards the end of the walk is a large lake where you can feed the fish ( food can be purchased for £1 at the entrance) which is good fun. Every child I have ever taken there has had a great time and doesn't want to leave. It is a inexpensive day out and if dressed appropriately can be suitable for all weathers

A 3-6 hours
A Inexpensive unless you choose to eat at the garden centre.
A Food available at the garden centre is delicious and good sized portion although slightly expensive as to be expected in a graden centre. Small hut near picnic area for light snacks and hot/cold drinks
A Fairly well kept outside toilets near car park
A Watching the children enjoying the fresh air
A Another wooden play structure near the pirate ship would be a welcome addition.
A Look online before going as there are often themed events taking place. Take a camera for great photo opportunities. Mind the hidden water sprays (welcome on a hot day)
